Summers are filled with fun and adventure at Chesterton’s summer day camp – Camp Advance! For nearly fifty years, Camp Advance has created new experiences and lasting memories for local preschoolers, children, and pre-teens. This year, the tradition will continue with weeks of excitement and fun for all.  Campers will enjoy swimming in the indoor pool, playing games, riding horses, and participating in field trips every week. Along with these great activities, each day includes Bible lessons and teaching.  In addition to participating in many fun activities, campers learn crafts, recreational, and team sports.

Cost

The cost per camper is only $75 per week!  A hot lunch program is available four days a week for a fee of $3 per day or $10 per week (excluding field trips). Children may bring sack lunches also. Pop and candy are sold at reasonable prices.

Camp Advance enjoys the benefits of Fairhaven Baptist Church’s 60-acre campus.  Click here for directions. Children often come from several cities around Northwest Indiana, including Valparaiso, Portage, Michigan City, Hobart, Lake Station, LaPorte, and Gary.  Transportation may be arranged by calling the camp office.
