Many have asked how we are doing as news of the Australian fires has spread. Thank you for your care and your prayers. So far, we are safe as the Lord allows it. But the present fire situation in Australia has no equal in history. Four million hectares have burned. More than 500 fires are burning across the continent (which is almost the same size as America) in Australia’s 6 states and 2 territories. On January 4, the Sydney suburb of Penrith was the hottest place on earth at 120 degrees F!
