High Level Restriction
After eighteen months of various levels of adjustments due to the virus, we are finally under official RED ZONE restriction. There is police presence on the streets, and everyone is required to be under “house arrest” until further notice from the local authorities. Anyone on the streets unlawfully can be penalized and indicted with criminal charges. Only in the case of serious emergencies are there any exceptions.
