For episode 19 of the "50 Baptist You Should Know" Series, we will discuss the son of a man who we have already studied, Daniel Marshall. Abraham was the first child of Daniel Marshall and followed in the footsteps of his father. Abraham was fondly known as the "Friend of Black People," due to the focus of his ministry. He constituted the First African Baptist Churches in both Savannah and Augusta, Georgia. In all, he had a hand in the constituting and reconstituting 39 baptist churches during a roughly 50 year ministry. This man was greatly used of God to preach to thousands and lead many to Christ.
