  • "I'm broken"
  • "I'm confused"
  • "I'm afraid"
  • "I'm sad"
  • "I'm discouraged"
  • "I'm angry"
  • "I'm bitter"
  • "I'm tired"
  • "I'm suspicious"

Cultivate helpful emotions

  • "I'm grateful"
  • "I'm hopeful"
  • "I'm happy"
  • "I'm trusting"
