We have been back 3 months now.  We flew in the end of January arriving on Friday and in church on Sunday.  It was good to sing with the church again after a year's absence.  Praise the Lord during that time we had Zoom as I could do all the morning services. We made it back to Australia by the grace of God.  After 8 months of furlough and 5 months of international border shut down, we arrived after about 30 hours of travel time.  Australia started allowing citizens only to return and as dual citizens we were excited to return down under. Furlough is going very well.  We have been able to be in many of our supporting churches bringing good news and a good report of what the Lord has done in Australia for the past 15 years.  Our health has been great with no sickness also.  In a time where all we hear is bad news, we thank the Lord for good news.  The Gospel of Jesus Christ is still good news. We are on our 26th week of Covid-19 lockdown and our 6th week of having 8:00 p.m. curfews.  I am thankful that during these times we can still meet as a church online.  I have been doing live streaming Sunday morning and evening services.  Our mid-week service is held on Zoom so we can see everyone and pray together.  To continue reading the update from Chris Eckels, please click on the link below. Our last prayer letter we were able to have our 11th anniversary as a church together, that has now been 14 weeks ago.  It is hard to believe and frustrating as we are not able to fellowship together as a church.  We are still staying busy with Livestreaming Sundays and mid-week zoom meetings.  We are grateful for being able to continue services during the Covid crisis.
