We will be hosting a Red Cross Blood Drive on Wednesday, June 26. Every donor will receive a free ticket to Cedar Point. Follow this link to schedule your appointment. Below are a few details to keep in mind. Everyone needs a picture ID to donate. 16-year-olds need a Red Cross parent permission sheet. You can get these sheets from Mrs. Damron. 16-year-olds must also have a State ID (with picture and age) or an unexpired passport. (If neither of these are available, you can use a school ID along with a copy of their birth certificate.)
We were blessed with another wonderful graduation service. This year Dr. Larry Williams (FBC Class of 1980) from Seneca, Pennsylvania, was our commencement speaker. What a joy and privilege to see young people going out to serve the Lord!
What a wonderful week God gave us for Preaching Conference & College Days 2019! We are grateful for all those who joined us. The Lord spoke to many hearts about the overriding theme of the conference which was to be Equipped in the Word. We were privileged to host the fourth annual Fairhaven Basketball and Volleyball Tournament - The Conquerors' Challenge. Teams from Cozaddale Baptist Academy in Goshen, Ohio; Prairie Christian Academy in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin; New Heights Baptist Academy in Fort Wayne, Indiana; and Pacific Baptist School in Long Beach, California were all able to join the Fairhaven teams this year. Everyone had a great time. Congratulations to the New Heights Baptist Freedom team for taking first place in volleyball, and the Prairie Christian Patriots for taking first place in basketball!
