FCA Highlights – 2018-2019 Wrestling Season

Fairhaven Christian Academy Conqueror’s wrestling team ended their season on a high note winning 1st at the Rockford Lutheran Midnight Rumble.  The team wrestled in 30 dual matches (including 5 within the Duneland School District) and 2 tournaments this season with a final record of 21-9.  The following is a re-cap of their 2018-2019 season. What do Texas, Utah, Ohio, Korea, and West Virginia have in common? They are states (and a country) in which young ladies who graduated from Fairhaven Christian Academy and went on to graduate from Fairhaven Baptist College this past May are going to teach in Christian schools.  Praise the Lord! Please pray for Megan Brater (Utah), Sarah Olson (Ohio), Rachel McNabb (Texas), Jennifer Gentry (Korea), and Sara Dupre (West Virginia) as they begin teaching in Christian schools this August.

Kindergarten Graduation

Fairhaven Christian Academy held its annual Kindergarten Graduation on Thursday, May 24. Everyone enjoyed seeing what the K5 students have learned this year. The service also included specials by a high school woodwind string group and the high school choir as well as a message from Ura Schrock.
