Homecoming Weekend

Homecoming Weekend was a special blessing!  From the fellowship, special testimony service, and fireworks to the music specials and church services--it was a treat from start to finish!  What a joy to praise the Lord for the 50 years He's given our church to serve Him!  Enjoy the pictures along with links to view orchestra and choir specials commissioned especially for the 50th Anniversary, the Sunday services, and even drone footage of the fireworks display.  We want to thank our guests for taking the time to be with us.  You were a blessing! Vacation Bible School

Our VBS last week was a blessing!  Members jumped in and were involved in many ways--helping with registration, listening to verses, helping with skits, helping with rally time, teaching and helping during class time, life-guarding and swim-time helpers, serving and preparing afternoon snack, helping clean up, telling missionary stories, providing transportation, and more! We ran an average of 164 kids, with a high day of 173.  The Lord blessed with 5 young people accepting the Lord as their Savior!  The week ended with a special program during our Thursday evening church service. Thanksgiving Breakfast & Testimony Service

We enjoyed another wonderful Thanksgiving morning at Fairhaven with a special breakfast and testimony service. What a joy to come together to praise the Lord and thank Him for His goodness in our lives. "Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name" (Psalm 100:4).

Hoosier Bible Days

This past Sunday was the third week of Hoosier Bible Days. Much prayer and work have gone into this special time, and we praise the Lord for the wonderful day He gave us. Pastor Damron preached a powerful message and several people came forward at the invitation to trust the Lord as their personal Savior. There are still 2 weeks left to join us for Hoosier Bible Days. Africa Missions Trip 2019

The Lord blessed on a recent missions trip to Africa.  11 adults and young people went on the 16-day trip.  The group was able to see ministries in Kabwe, Zambia; Monze, Zambia; and Nakuru, Kenya.  Two of these ministries are led by Fairhaven Baptist College alumni, Adam ('08) and Carol (Porozynski '06) Rich (Zambia); and Robert ('89) and Wendy (Phoenix '90) Mickey (Kenya). Kindergarten Graduation

Fairhaven Christian Academy held its annual Kindergarten Graduation on Thursday, May 23. Everyone enjoyed seeing what the K5 students have learned this year.  The service also included an awards ceremony for high school students and children in Master Clubs as well as specials by the high school choir and a clarinet choir. Before we know it, the FCA Kindergarten graduating class of 2019 will soon be the FBA High School graduating class of 2031. [...]
