The Youth Group will meet together briefly before heading out for our annual food drive. There will also be young couples and some from our singles' group heading out a little later to deliver food baskests and bless people in our community before the Christmas season. Dr. and Mrs. Jeff Voegtlin have enjoyed working with the singles' group. This group takes part in numerous activities and service opportunities throughout the year. Recently they attended a retreat hosted by Bible Baptist Church of Grand Forks, North Dakota. It was a three-day event with lots of good preaching and enjoyable fellowship. Among the speakers was a Fairhaven Baptist College alumni, Pastor Dave Mallinak. On Labor Day, the group went on a bike ride along Lake Michigan in Chicago.
